Log into Paragon

At the top click on contacts and select “add new”

In the next window enter name, address, phone numbers, and email addresses, as well as source if available.

Click on Save this contact. 

Once it saves, click the “Listing Info” tab. 

Then choose Add new under saved searches. 

In the new window choose residential and hit “apply. 

Next enter in all search requirements. Then choose save. 

A side window appears on the right click “ok”. 

Then hit “search” 

Once the search results are displayed you can check all of them by clicking on the gray box on the top left side. 

Then click on email. 

Another side window will pop up: select “email selected listings’, and choose “hyperlink” and on the last part choose which form you want (Client Detail) then click OK. 

When the email opens click on the “To:” line and scroll to the contact you are working with to send them the email. 

You may type a message in the space below. 

Click send.

Once it has been sent you can close the window. 

Then select the “Listing info” tab again. 

The saved search will appear under the saved search section. 

Their will be a red word “off” to the left of the saved search. 

Click on that to activate auto-notifications. 

A new window will open, make sure and choose client detail report. 

You may also select a time for them to receive their notifications or you can leave it on “immediately”

And you may type a message to go out into the email. 

If there was more than the one email address you would want to fill into the “cc” line here. 

Then choose save.
